What is LGPD?
Personal Data is information relating to a natural person that has the capacity to make such person identified or identifiable. Some examples of personal data are name, email, CPF, IP, date of birth, etc.
What is sensitive personal data?
These are sensitive personal data, according to the LGPD, those that can cause some type of discrimination and, therefore, require a higher level of protection.
Some of them are: racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, police opinion, affiliation to a union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data referring to health or sex life, genetic or biometric data, as long as they are linked to a natural person .
